The cost will be 4,999 Euros per person if you are sharing a room and 5,999 Euros per person if you are in a single.

Upon acceptance a deposit of 1,000 Euros is due. The balance is due on August 1st, at which point the trip is non-refundable.

We understand that life happens. We will need to be informed of cancellation in writing. If you cancel before August 1st, your deposit will be refunded less a 250 Euro administrative fee. After August 1st, all payments are non-refundable.

We would be happy to explore travel insurance options at time of acceptance.

All hotels, excursions, and meals are included in the cost, as well as group transfers to and from the airport. If you choose flights outside of these times, there will be an additional transfer cost. Flights are your own responsibility, but we can certainly help (we have a little bit of experience 😉)

We are looking for people that are all in with what we have planned, nothing is mandatory, but refunds for specific activities will not be made.

The dates listed are the dates that the group will be in Italy - that means if you are coming from the United States, you will need to leave home the day before. We will discuss flights with the group once confirmed.

Yes! We are just giving you a taste of this amazing region. Talk to us if you want to explore Venice before or spend a few days at a spa around the lakes after.

We will have a few rooms available as singles for an additional cost, but we can also pair you with another babe.

Yes, we have worked this into the cost.

The idea is that you don’t need to reach for your wallet on an Away Babes adventure, but you may want some Euros for purchases of a personal nature.

The easiest way to do this is to visit an ATM upon arrival at the airport.

Absolutely! But please remember this trip is about meeting new babes and broadening our horizons, so we want to make sure we all get to interact.

The hotels will have wifi, but there are places in the Italian countryside where you will not. It is time to disconnect.
